Enjoyed the podcast. A lot of great points I needed to hear again (after taking the awesome bootcamp with you last year).
I thought the part about starting with just putting your shoes on, just walking around the block, just… etc., was genuinely useful for guys struggling at the start, but yeah… all really good stuff.
